Facts:
A final decree of divorce was entered for a husband and a
wife, and it ordered that the husband's TSP retirement account be divided
50/50. The husband filed a motion to reconsider after the circuit court denied
his motion for a corrective order on the ground that it did not have
jurisdiction to reopen the final decree of divorce to redistribute the
retirement funds.
