Facts:

            A final decree of divorce was entered for a husband and a wife, and it ordered that the husband's TSP retirement account be divided 50/50. The husband filed a motion to reconsider after the circuit court denied his motion for a corrective order on the ground that it did not have jurisdiction to reopen the final decree of divorce to redistribute the retirement funds.
